On Thursday, 25 February 2016 total 4 students from Grades 11 participated in the 2016 Canadian Intermediate Mathematics Contest (CIMC) held at Sinarmas World Academy. The competition is run by the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing at University of Waterloo Canada and is used as a way to gauge student skills and understanding against the rest of the world. Over 15,600 of Grade 11 students from around the world participated in this year’s CIMC Fermat competition, which tested student abilities in Mathematics. The CEMC develops many internationally recognised contests to help to inspire next generation of students to develop an interest in and love for Mathematics. IMG_9767-webversion
